This policy explains what information Vintana collects through vintana.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you send us. When you submit our inquiry form, we collect your name, work email, company, job title, company size, area of interest, and anything you write in your message.
• Information you give when booking. When you book an Outcome Session, you do so through Google Calendar's appointment scheduling. Google collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy, and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically records basic technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver and secure the site.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule conversations you request.
• To understand your needs and provide the products and services you ask about.
• To operate, maintain and protect the website.

How we share it

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host, email and calendar providers, and only as needed for them to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and booking information for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business relationship, and then delete it unless we are required to keep it longer.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing sales@vintana.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
